Site Rules

Dear Visitor,

We try to ensure that everyone who stays with us at Kennexstone enjoys their visit, but we would ask you to have respect and consideration for the other visitors staying on the site.

For this reason, we have compiled a set of rules, which we expect everyone on site to abide by.

  1. Please drive slowly at all times (Max 10 MPH) especially when driving through gateways.
  2. Remember that children may be playing anywhere and may appear suddenly.
  3. All visitors and their guests must check-in on arrival, even if you are not staying with us.
  4. Any vehicle not displaying a windscreen ticket will be required to leave immediately.
  5. Last check-in is 10.30pm, and we do not allow any vehicle movement on site after 11.00pm.
  6. Access for visitors and guests is at our discretion.
  7. Please do not open fire cabinets, remove extinguishers, or ring fire bells, except in an emergency.
  8. Please report any incidents of interference to us immediately!
  9. Please do not light fires on the ground. You can use BBQs or disposable BBQs, but please make sure they have completely cooled down, before you leave them unattended, or place them in the rubbish bins. You can cool them down by wetting the charcoal with cold water. Please place all your rubbish in the bins provided.
  10. Wetsuits, surf boards, or any beach or sports equipment, are not allowed in the showers or toilets. Please use the wetsuit and board washing facility, to rinse these items.
  11. Dogs must always be kept on a lead whilst on the park, and must not be left unattended at any time. Please walk your dogs "off site" and clean up after them. Bag it and bin it, please!
  12. If you want to play music, please keep it at a low volume, so that it does not annoy the other visitors. We do not allow any music on the park, after 10.00 pm.
  13. We ask you to refrain from any form of anti-social behaviour, including drunkenness, drug use, bad language, noise late at night, or aggression of any kind, towards staff or another visitor.  In the event that you do not stop this behaviour when asked, we may call in the police, who may decide to remove you from the site or take any further action they see fit.
  14. On the day of arrival, you can check in from 1.00pm and on your day of departure, all plots must be vacated by 11.00am. You can book a "Late check out" (subject to availability) for a further charge of £5.00. (For late departures, please enquire at reception)
  15. Please note: The main entrance gate is locked from 11.00 pm - 7.00 am. The showers are closed from 10.00pm - 7.00am.

Booking Conditions

No booking will be accepted without a £25.00 deposit per unit, per week, being paid at time of booking. 

All deposit payments must reach us 1 calendar month prior to the arrival date, as after this time we will only accept payment by credit or debit card for the full cost of the stay.

All bookings for Bank Holiday weekends(or part of), require payment in full, at time of booking.

Please make sure that all bookings are definite, as once a deposit or balance payment has been processed, we can not give a refund.

All pitches booked, will be reserved until 6.00pm on your day of arrival. If you intend to arrive after this time or you have been held up for some reason, please let us know, as if you have not contacted us or checked in by 6.00pm, we reserve the right to let the pitch to someone else!

If you know you will not be able to fulfill your booking, please let us know ASAP!!

Most customers now telephone to book and pay their deposits by card. If you wish to pay by cheque, please call first to find out what information we require from you with your deposit payment. Please make cheques payable to: Kennexstone Leisure Ltd.

To keep prices down, we do not confirm bookings or send information by post. If you wish us to confirm your booking or send any information, we can only do this by E-mail, or if you wish, you can call us to ask any questions or confirm we have received your booking.

Whilst our site has an enviable reputation for safety and security, our insurers would like us to bring the following to your attention:

All vehicles, touring units, tents, equipment and personal possessions that you or a visitor of yours, brings onto the site, is your responsibility and at your own risk. The owners, management and staff of the site, take no responsibility for the safety or safe keeping of any item not owned by the site. If possible keep all valuable items in your possession at all times. Keep valuable items out of sight or in the boot of your car, whenever possible.

It is a condition of placing a booking, that you and all your party, have read, understood and are willing to abide by our Site Rules and Terms and Conditions.
