Kennexstone Leisure Ltd only collects information about it’s customers for the purposes of making and recording a booking, accessing the camping site and making it easier to book with us in the future.

Our principles

We do not send any marketing material, offers or information to you by E-mail or telephone unless you have requested us to do so. We will always try our best to uphold and respect your right to privacy. From time to time we may post general information on our Facebook and Twitter pages on social media but will not send direct messages unless answering a message sent to us.

Information we collect

We collect all details necessary to complete a booking including name, address & post code, E-mail address, contact telephone numbers, vehicle registration number, the dates of your stay and the date the booking was made. This applies to multiple bookings made by a single person and bookings made on someone else’s behalf. We would ask you to ensure that if you are providing us with information on a third party, they have given you permission to provide this information to us.

Vehicle registration numbers are collected by our ANPR access system.

CCTV operates throughout the campsite.

We also collect limited data through our contact page on our web site.

Information & Marketing

As stated previously, we do not send out any marketing material unless requested by you. Information and marketing about events and offers may be sent via E-mail, text, telephone or social media. If you decide you do not wish to receive any one or all of these forms of communication, please let us know and we will cease sending them to you.

Who do we share your data with?

As protecting your data is very important to us, we do not share your booking data with any other companies or organisations apart from our booking system operator. Anytime Booking, as our booking system supplier and operator stores all booking data provided on secure servers. We only access this data when needed and do not store booking data locally ourselves.

Vehicle registration numbers are collected by our ANPR vehicle access system, allowing customers access to the campsite for the duration of their stay and to monitor vehicle movement onto the campsite. This data may be used to help us ensure the safety of guests and employees and to assist with law enforcement.

CCTV cameras operate throughout the campsite to help the smooth operation of the campsite, ensure the safety of guests and employees and to assist with law enforcement.

We may share this information with law enforcement authorities to ensure the safety of our guests and to assist in upholding the rule of law and to defend our legal rights.

The data controller is Kennexstone Leisure Ltd, Long Meadow, Llangennith, Gower, Swansea. SA3 1HS.

Kennexstone Leisure Ltd only store data recovered from ANPR or CCTV systems using industry defined standards.

Your booking data is processed and stored on secure servers by Anytime booking on behalf of Kennexstone Leisure Ltd.

Web site data is processed and stored under encryption by Keyframe Ltd.

If you have any questions or would like to make a complaint about how we handle, store or use your data, please contact the data manager at Kennexstone Leisure Ltd at the address above or by E-mail at: info@kennexstone.co.uk. All complaints will be dealt with within 30 days.

If you are not happy with the way your complaint is handled, you may refer your complaint to the Information commissioner’s Office.
